• too tired to write in paragraph format
• depressive episode persists
• fall semester is starting soon, i've been emptier and lonelier than usual, little motivation to do things, looming challenge of socializing during school, still don't have my driver's license, therapist gave me a questionnaire for ocd and my results said "severe" and she urged me to meet my psych and i'm terrified that i don't actually have ocd and i'm just going to waste my psych's time + i just saw him last week and changed my anxiety meds and many more spiraling thoughts, hyperawareness of potential ocd symptoms making me think i'm faking the ocd
• watched fantastic 4: first steps today though and felt great. i love you johnny storm and ben.
• studied a little today
• i suddenly don't know what to write anymore. farewell
